Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm by email. If we can’t fulfil an order — for instance if a badge design is out of stock — we’ll tell you and refund in full.

Prices are in US dollars and may change, but never after you’ve ordered.

Each badge has a unique code linking to a gallery page. That page is public to anyone who scans the badge unless you protect it with a password.

You keep ownership of every photograph you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them on your gallery page.

Don’t upload anything unlawful, or anything you don’t have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks this, and will tell you if we do.

Galleries are limited to 20 photographs per badge.

We intend to keep your gallery available for as long as Wander Badges operates. If we ever had to shut down, we’d give at least 90 days’ notice and a way to download your photographs.

Please keep your own copies. A gallery is a way to revisit your photographs, not a backup service.

Don’t attempt to access galleries that aren’t yours, interfere with the site, or scrape it automatically.

We’re responsible for delivering what you bought. We’re not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the order in question.

Nothing here excludes liability that can’t lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
