When you order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.

When you use a gallery: the photographs you upload, and an email and password if you choose to protect it.

When you browse: basic analytics about pages visited. No advertising trackers.

To make and ship your badges, to email you about your order, to run your gallery pages, and to answer you when you get in touch.

Printify, to print and ship your order — they receive your name and shipping address.

Stripe, to take payment.

Resend, to send order emails.

Cloudflare and Supabase, who store the site’s data and photographs.

That’s the complete list. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Gallery pages are excluded from search engines. A gallery is reachable by anyone who has the badge’s code — which normally means whoever is holding the badge. Add a password if you want it private.

Order records are kept for seven years, as tax rules require. Gallery photographs are kept until you delete them or ask us to.

Email wanderbadges@gmail.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. Order emails aren’t marketing and will still be sent.

This site isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
